EC note: These regs relate to the administration and enforcement of the Community system of classification of beef carcases as required by Commission Regulation 344/91 laying down detailed rules for applying Council Regulation 1186/90 to extend the scope of the Community scale for the classification of carcases of adult bovine animals. They provide for the execution and enforcement of certain Community instruments, in particular, Regulation 854/2004 laying down specific rules for the organisation of official controls on products of animal origin intended for human consumption.
