Production of Chilled Foods' provide the fundamental principles for the design
of safe manufacturing operations, covering a wide range of chilled products of
varying shelf lives, manufactured under different hygiene conditions, the CFA
Guidelines provide the fundamental principles for the design of safe
manufacturing operations.
