month trial subscription online service that can be used to obtain a high-level
indication of process maturity. The service includes the 'Introduction to P3M3
and the 'P3M3 Self-assessment User Guide' that can be downloaded in PDF format.
The Standard Self-assessment will generate indicative maturity level results by
model and perspective.
P3M3 aligns portfolio, programme, project, value and risk management. AXELOS has developed a range of methods that provide an integrated, consistent and flexible approach to aid these objectives:
