Darren Arcangel is a Senior Principal Services Architect at CA Technologies. He has been the lead architect for some of CA Technologies largest IT service management implementations. Darren holds a Master of Science degree from Boston University, is an ITIL v3 Expert in ITSM, certified ScrumMaster, AWS Solutions Architect, and is co-author of the books "Everything You Want to Know about Organisational Change" and "ITIL and Information Lifecycle - Integrating agile, DevOps, and ITSM."
