This document contains the privacy information specific to your use of "Official ITIL® Exam App" (the App), and will help you understand how the full AXELOS privacy policy relates to your use of the App. If you have further questions, please e-mail dpo@axelos.com.

The data processor is The Stationery Office Limited of 5 Poland St, Soho, London W1F 8PR (TSO).

INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

Information you give us.

  • Corresponding with us for example, by e-mail or telephone when you provide feedback on the App. This includes information you provide when you report a problem with or provide feedback on the App via TSO.
  • The information you give us may include your name and e-mail address and phone number.

Information we collect about you.

Each time you use the App we may automatically collect the following information:

  • Technical information, including the type of mobile device you use and your location;
  • Details of your use of any of the App including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.
  • Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics software to collect information about how you use this App. We do this to help make sure the App is meeting your needs and to help us make improvements. When you first open the App a pop-up notification will ask whether you agree to your App usage information being collected. You can change your answer at any time by switching 'Usage info' 'on' or 'off' in Settings. We do not allow Google Analytics to share your data. Google Analytics stores information about:

    • what device and operating system you are using
    • how long you spend on the App
    • which sections of the App you use
    • what you click on while you are using the App
    • the external links you visit from this App
    • the tests you take, questions you answered and whether these were correct
    • your geographical location

Uses made of the information

We use information held about you and the way in which you use the App to help make sure that the App is meeting your needs and to help us make improvements to the App.
