Registering
It's easy to start using the Investors in People Shop:
How to register
- Click 'Register/Login' (found at the top of each 'Shop' page) and complete the brief online form*.
- Once you have completed the registration form, click the 'Submit' button.
- A confirmation of registration e-mail will be sent to you immediately.
- Your account can be accessed at any time by clicking on the 'Your Account' link at the top of each 'Shop' page and entering your e-mail address and password.
*The address you use to register online should correspond to the billing address for your credit/debit card.
New customers will be prompted to register upon making their first purchase if they have not already done so before.
Forgotten your password?
When you register you will be asked to protect your account with a password. If you forget your password simply go to the login page and select the 'forgotten your password?' link. This will direct you to a password reset form. Simply enter your email address (the username for your Investors in People Shop account) and follow the instructions on screen.
