Many of the Highway Code rules are legal requirements and must be adhered to in order to avoid penalty - fines, penalty points, disqualification or even prison. All road users need to be aware of the new rules. This is not just a product for learner drivers, it is ideal for all road users to update their knowledge of the official Highway Code.
