Where a creditor has taken action to sell or enter into possession of a property or eject a debtor, the Bill makes provision for the sheriff court to suspend the enforcement process in appropriate cases. The Bill also provides for the debtor, the owner and the occupier of the property to receive notice of any enforcement action and encourages them to obtain legal advice on their rights.
