The Model covers issues such as leadership and management selection, links to culture and creating the environment for the successful development of leaders and managers.
Please note: From November 2009 customers will no longer be able to be assessed against the Investors in People Work-Life Balance Model and Recruitment and Selection Model. Customers who successfully achieve an Investors in People Model before November 2009 will be able to retain recognition for up to three years after the date of their last assessment. Please note the Leadership and Management Model will continue to be available into 2010 when it is expected to be replaced with a new forthcoming product.
