'Independent Health Care: National Minimum Standards - Regulations' sets out the regulations and National Minimum Standards for independent health care, which the new National Care Standards Commission (NCSC) will use to determine whether service providers have in place appropriate safeguards and quality assurance arrangements for their patients.
