The text of the draft Gambling Bill (Cm 6014-I, ISBN 010160142) was published in November 2003. The Joint Committee's previous report on the draft Bill (HLP 63-I/HCP 139-I, session 2003-04, ISBN 0104004320) was published in April 2004, and the Government's response to the Committee's report (Cm. 6253, ISBN 0101625324) was published in June 2004.
