"Having online access to the core ITIL V3 publications is just like having an expert sitting next to you – the on-line interface is very intuitive, building on the common structure of the core books. Added to that you get a good search facility, hyperlinks to related topics, and pages that are structured by content, not just a scan of the printed books. All of this means that you can very quickly get to the information that you need." (Kevin Holland, Programme Lead Service Quality Improvement, Operations Group, NHS Connecting for Health).

"An online subscription ensures that the manuals are available to all police staff - it is too expensive to provide the books to everyone. It is possible to access the manuals at any time from anywhere. On many occasions (especially when you are visiting somewhere temporarily), it is not possible to take the manuals with you. An online subscription provides immediate access - all that is required is internet access. A secondary benefit is that the on line subscription provides better search facilities than the books. It is easier to find the information required." (Sandra Vale, ITIL Architect, National Policing Improvement Agency).

"The Home Office has offices all over the country and having an online resource which can reach all off our staff not only saves time and money but is an invaluable educational and support resource which has become highly valued." (Karen Richardson, Library Manager, Information Management Service (IMS), Home Office).
